CIRCLE FLEA FAIR FOOD & BEVERAGE VENDOR INFORMATION
ANY & ALL vendors selling food or beverage products, whether pre-packaged or prepared on site, are required to complete a Food & Beverage Vendor Application.
This requirement applies to:
- Pre-packaged baked goods, snacks, candy, jarred items, beverages, etc.
- Cottage food products
- Farmers' market food items
- Food truck vendors
- Vendors preparing or serving food or drinks on-site
Please attach your Pennsylvania Food Handling Certificate & all state-required safety inspections (food truck/facility). For all Pennsylvania Food Safety Regulations & information, please visit the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture at pa.gov/agencies/pda.
Once we receive your completed application, a Circle Flea Fair coordinator will review your submission. We will contact each food vendor directly regarding approval status & next steps for the season.
Not all items may be accepted to sell on site; items not permitted generally include items similar to those available onsite at our Concession Stand.
Please note: All food truck and “prepared on-site” food vendors will be scheduled for specific Sundays throughout the season. Food truck-style vendors will rotate dates. If approved, a Circle Flea Fair coordinator will be in touch to schedule your assigned Sundays.
This process allows us to:
- Ensure proper compliance & documentation
- Maintain variety for our shoppers
- Provide the best possible experience for vendors & guests
- Allows for local businesses to gain better community exposure
We appreciate your cooperation as we continue to grow & improve the Circle Flea Fair experience for everyone.
If you have any questions, please contact us directly at circlefleafair@gmail.com.
In an effort to offset rising credit card costs, a 3% surcharge fee will be applied to all credit card transactions at Circle Drive-In.
